In the ABA's 2007 report on Tennessee's death penalty system, Tennessee fully complied with only 7 of 93 guidelines for a fair and accurate system. The lack of preservation of DNA evidence was one of the failures of Tennessee's system.

Looks like the ABA is coming to Nashville. The new expansion franchise now has a name (the Broncs), an office and, according to this press release, a website—but even after a cursory Google search, we still haven't seen it. With all those important pieces in place, all that remains now are a few minor details: players, a coach and a general manager.
