As the left is being noted as great complainers calling Republicans partisan for the senates unwillingness to vote on Wilders judicial selection and his motion to pull his bill directly to the senate floor I had another similar situation come to mind (SJR127).

Wilder lost in his motion to bring judicial selection directly to the senate floor 18 to 13 I think was the vote. When it was done Wilder said he didn't know what else to do besides go home and cry.
