We are stuck, currently, in a hot & dry weather pattern.  This should stay in place through the rest of our workweek.  Friday does, however, give us a 30% chance at rain.

While we will see increased chances for rain today and Friday here in Cookeville and across the Highland Rim, the weekend is promising dry weather and WARMER temperatures. This is just in time for our Memorial Day holiday weekend.

We’ll have afternoon highs reach into the mid-80’s today, the warmest day of the year so far. The dry weather continues; the really good rain chances don’t show up until Saturday early morning (just in time for the Music City Marathon). Below are the forecasted highs for today:
