A parking lot.  A large rock.  A scratched mini van.

It’s the classic case of customer versus the corporation. A woman thinks the company is responsible.

The company doesn’t initially want to give her the time of day.

Melissa Grimes found herself in a real life version of caught between a rock and a hard place.
