Now, if folks holding degrees are facing a limited and highly competitive job market, imagine the difficulties faced by those who haven't even finished high school. Compound that with the fact that they have no phone to receive interview requests, no place to shower if they do have an interview to attend, no suitable clothes “Still” is the new “on the other hand”7
