OK, there’s no way in hell I can actually write any sort of guide for taking a compliment. It is something that I simply cannot do.

• ArtistDirect posted a loss of $4.76 million in the quarter ending March 31, 2008. That is a huge drop from a profit of $3.5 million a year ago, although the drop in operating profit was not as great and the net increase in cash actually improved.

I'm posting at midnight you you probably know that we went home early tonight. Blame it on my sister's 12.6 mile run this morning. Or blame it on me laying on the couch watching Raiders of the Lost Ark. Hooo..that makes ya sleepy.

Without further bull[bleep], here are the highlights of tonight.

We started at the Oak Bar in the Hermitage Hotel.

For Mother’s Day today I thought I would interview my two oldest boys and ask them a few questions about their mother.

My favorite thing about Braden is all the fun I’ve had dressing him in adorable clothes and seeing how cute he looks in them.

Okay, so it’s not really my favorite thing about him - but it’s in the Top 10.  And no, I was not deprived of dolls when I was little, I just like it, okay?

I finally--finally!--made it over to the Veggie Cafe for lunch this week. It's quite a haul from West Nashville to their location in Inglewood, but this all vegetarian/vegan enterprise is something I certainly want to support. Though I almost missed it since I didn't see a sign. But that's not really the point of this post.
