I keep a scanner running near the computer and listen in to local railroad dispatchers. The CSX dispatcher in Jacksonville, FL, has just reported a fatality involving a pedestrian in Knox County near the Anderson County line.
Karns Volunteer Fire Department has been dispatched and is searching the scene. It is apparently near the tunnel in the Solway Community.

When I went to vote in our recent primary, I took these photographs of the official directions posted at my polling precinct in Clinton, Tn at Clinton Community Center. I voted on election day, February 5th. I took the photographs on my camera phone and have meant to post them but didn’t know how. Thanks to Ben F. for answering the call for help I put out last night and giving me the ability to post the shots.
