Please try to come out and support this great event. Pastor Voorhees also suggested that this event have a weekly Christmas concert series on Saturdays at the mall featuring local church groups so this should be a great beginning in bridging our efforts throughout the Christmas Season and hopefully boosting support of our local mall. Our Antioch High School Band will perform.

Browsing through the news around the nation this morning I came across a heated little story on a large moderate Baptist church in Texas where I was once a member (and I even got married there on one occasion). It seems that one group of 200 inside those walls is bent on firing the pastor over the church directory. He was even offered $50,000 to just leave.
